Handling Organisational Politics
Many managers and professionals have spent years acquiring a high level of technical or functional expertise but have received little or no training in how to handle organisational politics. They may have learned the hard way that being right isn't the same as being persuasive, and having a strong case doesn't necessarily win people over.
This course is for you if you suspect that in the past you may have been 'squeaky clean but out-maneuvered, or if you've never really thought about organisational politics and worry that this is starting to limit your career progression.
